Our meals were delicious. We had jambalaya and bison. Appetizer of deviled eggs that were yummy. Jacob our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Enjoyed our meals and will definitely visit again in the future.

What an awesome place! The food was absolutely to die for! Our server was so great. He wasn’t overbearing but made sure we had what we needed. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Unbeatable atmosphere, with a perfect relaxing vibe and stunning views in every direction! Ryland (our server) was like family, with great recommendations and conversation in addition to first-class service. Brunch was awesome - something unique about every ingredient, like the wild game sausage, smoked cheddar grits, and incredible pork green chile. Even the coffee was great.

We started with non-alcoholic cocktails, the Mesa Lavender Refresher and Mountain Mojito, then off to appetizers. Deviled eggs and Dungeness Crab balls (Tots) were a great start. Then we moved on to the French dip (delicious) and the Burger (divine). Already stuffed, we went on to experience dessert. The banana foster was a show of its own. They make it table side and it was the best thing (we opted to take the climb of glory with us). Overall it has stunning views, impeccable service and amazing food.

I wanted to take a moment to share a delightful experience my husband and I had during our recent stay at the Hotel Maverick. The front office staff recommended we try the Devils Kitchen, and I’m so glad we did! The atmosphere was elegant and pleasant, making it a wonderful dining experience. I enjoyed the Roundabout Ravioli, while my husband opted for the Short Ribs. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our meal. If you're looking for a nice place to recommend to parents or staff, I wholeheartedly suggest Devils Kitchen.

Wow delicious! Brady was a fun, attentive, overall provided great service! The food was amazing, the views were great, the drinks were delicious! Complimentary champagne for our celebration was good too! Would definitely recommend the wild sausage plate and the bison tamale!

Wow! What an amazing experience. The views, the food, and the service. First. Do not be alarmed that this restaurant is located in a hotel. It's also located within steps of Colorado Mesa University. The entrance is super easy to find. The restaurant is located on the fourth floor Ella, our server, was super professional, helpful, and patient. In the adventure's spirit, a variety was sampled and enjoyed. The homemade pickles reminded me of my mom's spicy ones. Love love love. The deviled eggs were so unique. It's a beautiful twist on a classic recipe. Again, I loved the taste. The street corn disappeared so quickly. The sourdough bread will conquer your carb cravings completely. The chili was great. I ordered two cups. I also are the deviled burger. With all variables accounted for, this is the best happy hour in the state. Kylie and Ella, thanks for the service. If you have only one place to eat in the area. Eat here.
